Description:
Multi-Fiber Polarization Maintaining Fiber Alignment System is Designed exclusively for axis alignment of polarization-maintaining MT or FA ferrules. After 12 optical fiber fixing positions are integrated, the system performs dispensing or replenishing operation in turn, and finally heats up and pre-cures. HD camera and internal and external light source ensure clear imaging of the catenary. Customized horizontal and vertical grid lines ensure that the angle deviation is much less than ±3 degrees after alignment.

Operating procedures:
(1)
Stripping fiber, 125um core length is 22-30mm.
(2) Cutting the optical fiber: Use an optical fiber cleaver to keep the fiber core 12~15mm long.
(3) Dispensing: Inject a proper amount of 353ND epoxy glue into the ferrule.
(4) Fixed ferrule: Fix the MT ferrule on the positioning piece, glue dispensing window up.
(5) Clean the fiber core: clean the front end of the fiber core with a cotton swab to remove dirt and panda eyes are clearly
visible.
(6) Axis alignment: Rotate the axis alignment device to place the panda eye in the correct position, fix each fiber in turn to
prevent rotation after the alignment, 12 cores to complete the alignment of the fixed axis for the next step.
(7) Pre-curing: Turn on the pre-curing switch, and initially cure the 353ND glue in 5-10 minutes.
(8) Complete curing: Place the pre-cured ferrule and connector on the curing oven for full 15 minutes of heat curing at 120
degrees.
(9) Assembly: Assemble the ferrule into a finished connector, assemble and crimp, MT ferrule can be polished directly without assembly.
